You can start coming to RSB any time after 12 weeks of pregnancy. Each session is one and an half hours which includes refreshments and discussion time. The sessions take place in the Activity Centre which is situated next to the playground in Mary Stevens Park. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. The class is held Sundays 11.30-1pm.
