Mondays, 6.00-7.30 p.m. and Tuesdays, 7.00-8.30 p.m.
· Maintain and develop your physical strength, stamina and flexibility to support your body during pregnancy and the birthing process.
Mamma and Baby Yoga Classes for your baby AND you: Norton Community Centre, Stourbridge.
Mondays: 9.45-11.00 (4 months/sitting to mobile babies)& 11.15-12.30 (6 weeks to 4 months/sitting babies). 1.15-2.15 (family yoga: mobile babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers and siblings).
Core Restore Yoga Classes: Norton Community Centre, Stourbridge
Tuesdays, 8.45-9.50 p.m.
Posture, breathing and relaxation techniques to:
· Strengthen your core, improve posture and alignment, release tension and calm the body and mind.
Particularly suitable for women affected by issues arising from pregnancy and childbirth (poor pelvic floor tone, diastasis recti, back pain).
